Application Fees: An application fee of Rs.125 (for posts with Grade pay between Rs.1800 and Rs.2000) and Rs.225 (for posts with Grade pay Rs.2001 and above) has to be deposited in the Punjab National Bank at any Branch. For remittance of fee, candidates have to generate the prescribed challan from ESIC website.

Candidates should collect a copy of the challan duly signed and stamped along with deposit scroll / journal number. This copy of challan has to be sent to the ESIC along with the hard copy of the application form.
The Account number in which the fee is to be deposited is available / printed on the challan.

Selection Procedure: Final selection would be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the Written Test and Interview.

There shall be negative marking for wrong answer. For each wrong answer 0.33 mark will be deducted.

TA shall be paid to SC/ST candidates for interview only as per Govt. of India orders.

On successful submission of online application, candidates should take its print out and send it  along with copies of relevant documents / certificates and Commisssion’s copy of the fee deposit challan to “The Medical Superintendent, ESIC Model Hospital, Bharat Nagar, Ludhiana-141001 (Punjab)” by Speed Post or Registered Post so as to reach the said office by the prescribed last date.

On the envelope containing the application, candidates should be super-scribe “Application for the post of ______, Post Code No. ______ State Punjab”

Candidate should furnish correct Mobile Number / e-mail address to receive the registration confirmation. They will receive registration confirmation by SMS / e-mail after submitting the online application. They should have valid
e-mail ID, this will help him/her in getting Admit Card /Interview advices, etc. by e-mail. No hard copy would be sent by post

NOTE: The vacancies are in various ESIC Hospitals of ESI Corporation of the specified State. Those willing to accept posting anywhere in the Specified State and are willing to be transferred in any part of India on promotional posts need apply.

Candidates are advised to submit only one application because written examination for all the categories of posts will be held on the same day and same time.

On successful submission of online application, a registration number and password will be generated. Candidates should note it down for future reference.
