- Extend customer care support by chat and e-mail

- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Customer Service orientation
- Multi Tasking
- Ability to handle pressure situations
- Good comprehension skills
- Good typing skills
- Interpersonal skills & teamwork
- Willing to work in shifts
- Preferable - Experience in a call centre for a chat process
